PD-S-1045, TP-S-685, and AHA-R-061: Requests to redevelop an existing commercial center to construct a 278-unit, 4-story apartment building; retain and remodel 8,100 square feet of commercial retail space; and, consolidate parcels to create two lots at the northeast corner of Tapo and Alamo Streets: 2804 Tapo Street and 4415-4487 Alamo Street. An Environmental Impact Report is being prepared for this project. No public hearings have been scheduled at this time. A Public Scoping Meeting for the EIR will be held on January 16, 2018.
